Since the last time I "wrote" here, It was Valentine's day which was a night in with the boyfriend and yummy sushi and flowers sent to me. Which in my world is THE perfect gift.
Also! We got a puppy for our son's first birthday (which is less than two weeks away, 1 week 4 days). So far life with the puppy is going pretty well. It definitely feels as though I have two children. The pup is a German Shepard and is 7 weeks old. He cries every time he is left alone and wants to be held or cuddle constantly. So yay to mommy hood part 2.
The best part is he gets along with my son and my son now loves playing with him. I was nervous because he gets scared with bigger dogs, so I'm hoping having a dog at home will get him comfortable with dogs and not so terrified when one barks at him. Day 1 with the pup Kevin wanted nothing to do with him but now he has embraced his kisses and loves him.
